Thanks for your interest in becoming a Streamer on Chatterbug! Here's some guidance on producing a video submission for your application.

Briefing

The exact format is up to you, but your video should follow the style of a livestream and teach a learning aim of your choosing in Spanish, French or German.

Keep it succinct: 3-5 minutes should do the trick!

Example learning aims:

• Telling the time
• Common greetings
• Talking about family
• Counting
• Asking for directions

Tips:

• Your video should target beginner (A1) learners
• Present to your 'audience' in English, but be sure to give plenty of examples in the target language. Which alternatives are there to simply giving spoken translations?
• Streams allows you to show interactive quiz questions to your audience. Feel free to pretend you're doing so in your video!
• Can you think of other creative ways to make your 'stream' fun and engaging?
