SECTION 1 - WHAT DO WE DO WITH YOUR INFORMATION?

When you purchase a ticket from us, as part of the buying process we store user's device ID to associate the transaction to your device and maintain a history of such transactions. This ID stays with us and is not shared with any individual or organisation. A copy of the transaction without device ID is shared with the transit agency. No other personal information is collected.

In future, we might float surveys through the platform which may or may not require you to fill your personal information such as name or email address. These will be completely voluntary. However, we would appreciate your cooperation. There will be no discrimination in service based on these responses whatsoever.

SECTION 2 - PERMISSIONS

We ask user for 2 mandatory permission, including location (Coarse, Fine and Background - optional) and Camera. Camera permission is used to scan QR codes while booking tickets and location permission is used for detecting the nearest bus/metro stop to the user and showing user location on the map in Live feature. We store user location but it is completely anonymous and it stays with us and is not shared with any one else.

SECTION 3 - CONSENT

When you make a transaction through the app, verify your UPI payment gateway and purchase a ticker, we imply that you consent to our collecting your device ID as a way to keep track of the transaction and link it back to you.

For any other reason we would ask for your consent explicitly to use your data for that specific reason. We would provide you with an opportunity to say no at any step of the process.

How do I withdraw my consent?

If after you opt-in, you change your mind, you may withdraw your consent for us to contact you, for the continued collection, use or disclosure of your information, at anytime, by contacting us at email given below.

SECTION 4 - DISCLOSURE

We may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so or if you violate our Terms of Service.

SECTION 5 - PAYMENT

We use Razorpay/PayTM for processing payments. We do not store your card data on their servers. The data is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS) when processing payment. Your purchase transaction data is only used as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is not saved.

Our payment gateway adheres to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

SECTION 6 - SECURITY

To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed. All the data transmitted through API's is transmitted through HTTPS.
