Silke Arens is a self-employed virtual assistant, offering organisational and administrative services to online entrepreneurs.

My client had tried and given up on many different project management tools. The daily friction caused by the use of Trello, Todoist and Google Drive frustrated her. She was looking for one place to manage all information, particularly her extensive client data.

I created an all-in-one business solution for the client within Notion, including a central life and business dashboard and several inter-connected databases. From her day-to-day task, project and client management up to all of her content production and consumption, this workspace takes care of all her various organizational needs for her business and beyond.

Leinweber Landtechnik GmbH & Co. KG

Since 1889, Leinweber Landtechnik sells and repairs a wide range of agricultural and construction machines.

The sales representatives of the client needed a platform to manage their daily activities. Before, they worked with a combination of hand-written notes, OneNote and excel sheets which caused a lot of friction, especially because their work is very detailed and data-driven.

As a solution to this problem, I created a dedicated sales workspace in Notion, importing and adapting the complex CSV files the client provided me with. Now, each representative can plan all their sales activities in one place - and see at one glance which machines and attachments were sold to which client and when.
