The terms and conditions presented here, known as the "Tournament Rules," outline the regulations and code of conduct that must be adhered to in order to take part in CerePlay Leaderboard Tournaments. These rules apply to all individuals, referred to as "Participants," who enter or participate in any round or stage of the Tournament.

1. INTRODUCTION

1.1. These Tournament Rules constitute a legal agreement between Cerebellum Network, Inc. a company registered at (18 Bartol Street #1050, San Francisco, CA 94133, United States), and its affiliates (collectively referred to as "Cere" in these Tournament Rules, and also as "we," "us," and "our") and each participant (referred to as "you" in these Tournament Rules).

1.2. These Tournament Rules establish the general rules of online Tournament play and activities. They include rules governing player eligibility, Tournament structure, prize awards, and player conduct.

1.3. Before participating in the Tournament, each participant must read, understand, and agree to these Tournament Rules.

2. ACCEPTANCE OF TOURNAMENT RULES.

2.1. Acceptance: In order to participate in the Tournament, each participant must agree to these Tournament Rules. Players can accept these rules by entering or participating in any round or stage of the Tournament.

2.2. Changes to and Enforcement of these Tournament Rules: Cere may, in its sole discretion, (a) update, amend, or supplement these Tournament Rules from time to time; and (b) interpret or apply these Tournament Rules by releasing bulletins, notices, in-game messages, community posts, explanatory videos, online postings, e-mail, and/or other electronic communications that provide instructions and guidance to Participants. Prior to the next stage of the Tournament in which the changed rules will apply, any material changes to these Tournament Rules will be provided to the Participants. Participation in a stage of the Tournament will constitute acceptance of the changed rules.

2.3. Applicability of these Rules: These Tournament Rules provide comprehensive background rules for all aspects of the Tournament. However, the final ("Final") of the Tournament can be a separate contest and may have additional entry requirements and rules that apply. Potential winners will be informed of these rules when they are invited to participate in the Final, which they must accept before entering. These Tournament Rules are in addition to, and incorporate, Cere's Privacy Policy https://cere.network/privacy-statement ("Privacy Policy"), as well as all rules governing the use and administration of the Tournament (where applicable).

2.4. If there is a conflict between these Tournament Rules, the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and any additional Tournament-specific rules, these Tournament Rules will take precedence.

3. PARTICIPANTS

3.1. Eligibility: To be able to compete as a Participant in the Tournament you must:

3.1.6. By participating in the tournament, you agree to be bound by these Tournament Rules, Cere's Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and any written instructions from Cere that may be updated or amended from time to time.

3.1.7. To participate in the Tournament, you must hold a current and valid identity document. Acceptable forms of identification include, but are not limited to, a valid passport, driver's license, national identity card, or any necessary visa or other government authorization required for your participation in the Tournament.

3.1.8. Ensure that your participation in the Tournament complies with all applicable laws. Represent and warrant that you will take all necessary steps to ensure such compliance. Cere does not take responsibility for your compliance with local laws and visa requirements.
