- Led launch readiness meetings with cross-functional teams (medical, sales, regulatory, production, finance)
- Presented brand plans and promotional campaigns to national sales reps and ensured buy-in
- Worked closely with sales teams to tailor campaigns to field realities
- Organized national sales seminars and supported key congresses and medical events
- Managed budget planning and monitored spending for launch-related initiatives
- Mentored and trained interns, fostering skill development and ownership
