Context
The Respiratory & Immunology portfolio required regular updates to its business projections, aligned with evolving market conditions, internal objectives, and global strategic plans. Forecasts influenced both budget allocation and commercial priorities.

Scope of Work
- Responsible for four forecasting cycles per year (short-, mid-, and long-term horizon)
- Collaborated with finance, medical, and marketing teams to gather assumptions
- Simulated different market scenarios and stress-tested assumptions
- Presented forecasts to senior management and prepared slides for executive committee (COMEX)
Methodology
- Integrated IQVIA data, CRM inputs, and historical performance
- Layered qualitative insights from market research and sales teams
- Built models that could adapt to product maturity stages and regional variations
