💰 Zouzoukwa: Promoting African cultures on the blockchain | Grants
One of my goals with Zouzoukwa is to onboard more people from Africa to Web3 & Crypto. I want it to be a simple introduction to the new internet where people get rewarded for their contributions to a system.
Gitcoin is a community funding digital public goods and promoting the open web, and they allow founders to create grants to be funded by the project supporters. I created a grant for Zouzoukwa because it's a digital public good sharing the values of Gitcoin.
Your donation amount is not the most important (you can even give the equivalent of $1) thanks to the quadratic funding ↗ method used. I didn't clearly understand how it works because I'm really not a math genius, but the principle is basically "the more people participate, the more the project gets funded". So it's better to have 1000 contributions of $1 than 4 contributions of $250 :)
