This End User License Agreement (“EULA”) governs your use of the Anagram Foundry website and any associated materials, including fonts, images, samples, and downloadable content (“Fonts” or “Content”).

Anagram Foundry is a project of Casual Creatives Pty Ltd, a company registered in Victoria, Australia (“Licensor”).

By visiting, downloading, purchasing, or using any Fonts or Content from this website, you (“Licensee”) agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA.

If you do not agree, you must not use this website or any Fonts provided.

Use of any Fonts is further governed by the applicable Font License Agreement (Personal Use License or Unlimited Commercial License), which forms part of this EULA.

2. Ownership and Intellectual Property

All Fonts and Content available on this website are the exclusive property of Casual Creatives Pty Ltd, operating as Anagram Foundry.

The Fonts and accompanying materials are protected by Australian and international copyright and intellectual property laws.

This EULA does not transfer any ownership rights.

All rights not expressly granted are reserved by the Licensor.

You may access and use the website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:
