We are looking for a smart individual to take up the role of Customer Support Executive. To excel in this role, you should have strong communication and people management skills, a hunger to take the business forward and also be passionate about goal setting and execution.
Responsibilities
- Customer Interaction on a daily basis - both existing and potential customers - through various communication channels like WhatsApp, Email & Chat.
- Delight current customers while attracting new ones through engaging content (Content Team will help you with this).
- Recording & reporting customer complaints and issues, as well as feedback and suggestions.
- Work closely with the Sales Team to record daily order updates and track order statuses.
- Formulate effective content copies for customer communication.
