CareerOS is a B2B2C career platform serving 200+ top university programs worldwide — including Oxford, INSEAD, London Business School, Georgetown, and Notre Dame — along with 30+ employers. We support 500K+ users in finding jobs they care about.

We’re a small, high-output team based in Barcelona, operating with American startup intensity: we ship fast, own our decisions, and expect people to take responsibility early. We recently raised a multi-million euro seed round and are now scaling our product and team.

We’re looking for a Product Management Intern to work closely with our product leadership team for six months. This role is ideal for someone who wants to learn how products actually get built in a startup — by doing real work, not preparing decks.

What you’ll actually do

You won’t be shadowing meetings all day. You’ll contribute directly to how our product evolves.

Product development & execution

• Support feature development from problem definition to release
• Help write product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Work closely with engineers and designers on concrete product tasks
• Support roadmap planning and prioritisation exercises (e.g. RICE-style evaluations)

User & customer understanding

• Join customer success and user calls
• Help prepare and run user interviews
• Document and synthesise user feedback into clear insights
• Support usability testing and feedback loops

Product analytics & data
