You've got an idea to kick off the new year with a new show. It's easier than ever to get your show launched on Capiche FM—even if you don't have cover art for your show.

Click the Host a Show button in your Capiche FM account, and we'll walk you through adding the details, including your show name and description, bio, and more. When it's time to add cover art for your show, click the new Use an emoji option to design a new graphic from an emoji and background gradient in seconds. Once you're done, you can schedule your first broadcast and start spreading the word about your new show.

Then for existing shows, there's a new way to see everyone who's subscribed to your show in your dashboard. Click the 3-dot menu beside your subscriber count and select View subscribers to see each of your fans so you can reach out individually, invite people to come live on your show next time, and more.

Along with that, we've tweaked our broadcast downloads, so even the longest broadcasts should download faster than before.

Autofill one-time-codes on iOS | January 4

This year, logging into your Capiche FM show is as simple as typing in your phone number, and tapping 3 buttons.

If you're using an iPhone, you may have seen some apps automatically fill in one-time passcodes when you receive them in an SMS message. Capiche FM now does the same, on iOS and macOS if your Mac receives messages from your iPhone.

The next time you login to Capiche FM, sign in with your phone number. Wait a moment, and when the authentication SMS message comes in, you'll see the code at the top of your keyboard on iOS or in a popover on Mac. Tap it, then tap Verify to sign in.

And with that, you'll be logged into Capiche FM without typing a password or auth code.

Want to go back and see what people talked about during your broadcast? Now you can with the new Capiche FM chat log.

Click the Edit link on any broadcast, then select View Chat Log in the left sidebar. There you can see everyone who joined in and read through their comments once you have more time off air.

Plus, you can now manage your chat bans. During a broadcast, if someone posts something inappropriate, you can ban them from the chat—kicking them out of this chat and keeping them from chatting during future broadcasts, to help build a safe, friendly community around your show. But if you want to undo that ban later, open your channel settings and check the Manage Chat Bans tab on the left sidebar. There you can unban people, or see who's been banned from your show.
