  1. Took 400ml of nanno at ~7m cell/mL and heated at 50C for days to lyse them and hopefully some hydrolysis.
  2. After 48h, the color was a dark green. No odor.
  3. After 4 days, I took it off the hot plate. It smelled fishy / vegetive / sea-like. I boiled it down on the hot plate.
  4. Their was lots of salt (obviously, it's salt-water), and some green color left. The taste was almost exactly like anchovies - the closest I've gotten! I think I can centrifuge before autolysis to remove some of the salt.
