if BAG SIZE = top X fish then participants score will be their highest X fish added up.
if they catch Y fish, where Y>X then Y-X fish will not be counted to their score.
participants total score is not affected by when they catch their fish
example say a participant is competing in a game with a BAG SIZE of "top 3 fish" and catches the following fish in the following order, during the game's timeframe:
FISH #1 - 1.00 lbs
FISH #2 - 2.00 lbs
FISH #3 - 1.50 lbs
FISH #4 - 3.00 lbs
FISH #5 - 3.00 lbs
the participant's total score would be 3+3+2 = 8lbs. FISH #1 and FISH #3 would be culled from the score.
if the particpant deletes FISH #5 because it was actually caught after the game then the total score would change to 3+2+1.5 = 6.5lbs. FISH #1 would be culled and FISH #5 was deleted.
