These instructions will help you to streamline receiving with our warehouse and avoid delays or product loss.

Please note that all inventory will need SKUs and UPC barcodes to be fulfilled. If these are not present at the time of receiving they will be added to products by the warehouse, at your expense.
- Next Steps
- After we receive information about what you are sending to us we will prepare the warehouse to receive your goods. This includes creating the products in the warehouse system and notifying the warehouse about incoming shipments. We cannot send inventory to the warehouse until after this process is complete.
- What we will provide to you
- Once we notify the warehouse of incoming merchandise we will share the following information with you:
- Address: We will share the shipping address with you. Feel free to use a carrier of your choice. Once you have purchased shipping labels for your shipment please share tracking information with us. This information will allow for more efficient receiving.
- Ship Notice Number: The warehouse provides us with a Ship Notice Number. This number connects your goods to the receiving invoice in the warehouse system. It is necessary to include this number on the shipping label for receiving.
- Please write this number in large characters on the side of each box you are sending to us.
- Receiving time
- Once a shipment has been delivered to one of our warehouses it will take around 3 business days for receiving to be completed. This time may be extended by: Large shipments, incomplete information, extreme weather, or staffing issues caused by events like rising covid-19 cases. We will always keep you informed of any unexpected delays.
- Why all this information?
- While it may seem like a lot of information to provide, it is all necessary to ensure accurate and quick receipt of goods. If necessary information is not provided ahead of delivery or these instructions are not followed it may result in delays or loss of inventory.
