This is a simplified framework that leaves a few things out in order to make it easy for teams like yours to get started.

Each column has example content, including Team Areas that you might want to change to fit your team’s divisions and product areas.

Make sure you DUPLICATE this template in the upper right corner to use it for yourself.

I encourage you to tweak it to fit your team’s individual needs, like teams served, types of impact you want to emphasize, etc.
