THE PROBLEM

Most people who talk about AI products have never worked inside one. I wanted to understand what it actually takes to ship a production LLM product — the engineering decisions, the product trade-offs, the gap between research and deployment.

MY ROLE

Dual role as Backend/AI Developer and Technical PM on HyperCLOVA X SaaS. Worked across the AI product stack, coordinating between engineering and product. Details are under NDA — but the work touched real LLM infrastructure.
