Not a member of our workspace, but want to share and edit a specific board together?
In that case, you can invite them as a board member. 😎
When you click the arrow-shaped Share button in the upper right corner of the board, a pop-up "Share board" appears.
Here, the list of members of the workspace this board belongs to is shown first!
Workspace members can freely view/edit all boards in the workspace, so it's natural, right? 😄
If you invite by entering email address in the Invite people area, you will be given permission to view the board and added to the 'Board members' list!
<aside> ❗ However, duplicate invitations to existing workspace members as board members are not possible. 🙅♀️ Conversely, it is possible to invite a board member as a workspace member, but please note that in that case, the board member disappears.❕

This is the status when the invited user has not yet signed up for the service.
You can't check the user's user name or profile yet.
If you make a mistake, you can cancel the invitation through the Remove menu.
This is the status of users who have subscribed to the service.
User username can be checked.
