It may be useful to password protect your survey, especially if you are concerned about collecting unwanted responses (e.g., bots, repeat responders). To add a password to your survey, add an open text question to the beginning of your survey.

Next, click on the survey logic button (circled above in blue). This will open a survey logic pop-up. Click “Add Logic”. Here, we will set the password as the acceptable answer to the open text question, and those who do not respond with the indicated answer will be screened out of your survey.

Then Skip to Screen Out

In the example below, the password is fin456, and those who do not respond to the open text question with this password will be screened out.
