Customise the platform to suit your needs from the Custom Data page.

To access Custom Data select Settings in the navigation bar and then Custom Data on the following page:

From the Custom Data page you have access to three tabs:

• Cases Dashboard View: where you can customise what columns are shown and filterable in the Cases Dashboard
• Cases Custom Data: for customising data found within case files such as custom fields, categories, root causes and more
• Letter Custom Data: create and edit tags to organise your example letters

Cases Dashboard View

Here you’ll see a list of all the available columns that can be shown in the Cases Dashboard. Use the toggle to choose which columns will be shown. Up to 8 can be selected at once.

You can choose the configuration for both active cases and archived cases. Use the tab at the top to choose what type of cases you are configuring.
