(5-8) Move flag to behind your back flat

  1. Hop to your right and move your left hand up and flat, palm up, like you were carrying a plate on your hand.
  2. Hop again to your right and left hand now points in towards you, STILL flat, do not bend you fingers, bend at the wrist so your hand is flat pointing at you.
  3. Hop one more time, to complete your turn facing the opposite way of where you started the move and your hand will return to flat, palm up.
  4. Hold with hand up
  5. Bring flag towards your left and grab it with your left hand
  6. Bring flag up above your head for a QUICK turn above your head.

7-8 As soon as your silk returns to your right side, bring flag down flat in front of you at your belly button and hands return to tape and pole cap.
