This proposal summarizes the token fundraise proposition and incentive model for members to be rewarded for their contributions to the DAO.

Seasons

Seasons are a defined time period of DAO operations that map to the four quarters in a year. Each season will have milestones and objectives set by the core team.

Fundraise

Genesis Fundraise

The genesis fundraise will be a private, invite-only fundraise among BZD members for 50% ownership of BZD the DAO through the $IDK governance token. The token is not offered for public sale.

Token Fundraise Details

• Fundraise will be done in ETH
• Minimum contribution is 0.25 eth (~886 usdc), contributions ≥ 0.886 are considered a higher tier with additional benefits
  • two contribution tiers
• The exchange rate is 1 $IDK token per .001 ETH per syndicate.io’s fixed rate with unlimited supply at the time of the fundraise
• The DAO will double the total supply of $IDK at the end of fundraise allocated toward the Treasury and rewards.
• The fundraise will last around 5-7 days

$IDK Token Distribution

• Genesis Member Fundraise: 50% of $IDK will be sold to members. The total supply of $IDK will be double the amount of $IDK distributed during fundraise.
