Please note the fact that I am not a shop. My photocards, albums, inclusions or other items might have minor scratches or flaws but I always try to inform about the noticeable defects. I don’t consider a minor scratch “a huge problem” but if you do so, don’t interact because I do not want to argue. If you want a refund, sure. But I’ll also demand for my items to be send back to me.
Whenever there are big and noticeable damages I always inform the buyer about it. Sometimes I do not have control over the items, because my items were either bought like that or got damaged in the original packaging. Close up pictures of your items are always provided when you are 100% sure of buying them. (Especially signed items)
All my items are original unless stated otherwise. I always mark them with a “*” or basically just write in the description that I’m not sure it’s original / might be fake.
