I’m going to describe my business as it actually exists today. Messy, incomplete, and imperfect.

Your job is not to give advice yet. First, do the following: Identify the top 3 friction points that are quietly costing me time, money, or trust. Name which of these is a system problem, which is an ownership problem, and which is a decision problem.

Tell me what I’m likely reacting to instead of fixing, and why.

Then, and only then: Recommend one intervention that would meaningfully reduce chaos in the next 30 days. Explain what not to touch yet, even if it feels urgent.

Ask clarifying questions only if they materially change the diagnosis.

How to use it:
