My 100 days on Paternity Retreat were probably the best 100 days of my ~12,500 day life yet. And now the best is yet to come.

I have experienced my highest pinnacles of gratitude, joy, love, and freedom. I have savored the sweetest things life has ever offered me: relationship, learning, creativity, and conscious connection to the divine.

It surely has been a sacred time and space within which I have set the lifetime foundation of my family of three. The depth of love I feel for Bodhi and Katie is without end, and my wellspring for loving and serving the larger concentric circles of our one human family. There is great wisdom in knowing and living this. It’s a privilege to find ways to support and care for my wife and son in both big and mostly many small ways.
