Brave Career, a dedicated advocate for individual career growth, is seeking a passionate Community Manager to join our vibrant team. Our organization hosts a thriving online community for job seekers, offering meaningful events, job opportunities, and unparalleled peer support. From networking sessions to hackathons and technical knowledge sharing, our community covers it all. As an essential member of our Sales & Marketing team, you will play a key role in event management, logistics, data collection, and overall community engagement, contributing significantly to the consistent growth of Brave Career.

Key Responsibilities:

Before Event:

  1. Generate compelling event posters and descriptions in both English and Chinese.
  2. Promote events on various social media platforms, including Circle (our community homebase), Linkedin, Meetup, Instagram, XHS, Wechat, and optionally on platforms like Facebook, Reddit, and Discord.
  3. Provide responsive and helpful customer service, addressing participant inquiries.
  4. Redirect participants to the Circle platform, ensuring a seamless experience.
  5. Design Signup Forms and consolidate responses from different channels into a single Google Sheet.

During Event:

  1. Actively participate in events, ensuring camera presence to enhance the participant experience.
  2. Manage event participants, assisting the host in monitoring and moderating the event for a smooth flow.

After Event:

  1. Summarize events in both Chinese and English, verifying details with event host/partners for accuracy.
  2. Disseminate event summaries across various social media platforms to extend event reach.
