Our Hybrid Working Pattern

Over the course of 2022, we’ve been finding our balance in Hybrid Working bringing more in-person collaboration back into the way we work after two pretty isolated years. To unlock our best work & culture we’ve landed on a Hybrid Working Pattern that achieves a 60:40 split of remote:office time.

Each week, you choose which two days you spend at our office (or across the month you can even out the average). On other days, you can work from home, or for up to 20 days a year, you can work anywhere in the world using our Work from Anywhere allowance.

We're passionate about giving ownership, responsibility and trust to everyone and want this pattern to be as flexible and autonomous as it can be for you, so even though it’s mandatory it is not policed, meaning we won’t be checking up on your office days. However, if we do spot you haven’t been to the office for a while you can expect a conversation about it.

This pattern does not apply to our Nationwide and non-UK team members who have their own pre-agreed hybrid working patterns in place.
