- Develop and Implement Community Strategy: Craft and execute innovative strategies for the new Supertalents Community, fostering engagement and growth.
- Work As A Personal Agent For Part-time Candidates: Understand our candidatesâ demand via interview, search for the perfect job, and iterate the recommendations based on the feedback.
- Develop And Manage The Personal Agent Group: Scale the help for the candidates by building the strategy, hiring agents, and managing their performances.
- Ideate And Run Various Events To Foster Part-timer Engagement: Own the success of various events, like best server competitions or seasonal boba menu challenge to boost the morale.
- Expand Community Reach: Actively connect the Supertalents Community with relevant online and offline groups where potential part-time workers gather.
- Engage With Our Community: Promptly respond to comments and inquiries, ensuring a vibrant and interactive community.
- Monitor And Enhance Community Health: Create and track community health metrics, ensuring community insights are reflected in our business strategies.
- Community Moderation: Uphold a positive community environment by promoting constructive interactions and managing negative behaviors.
