Create new blueprint

Any user can create a new blueprint. Once created, you can:

• Edit the Overview and Documentation sections.
• Start having Conversations about the process you're trying to codify and operationalize.
• Once you're ready to make the blueprint a process that can run on the Blueprint APP, you can launch the STUDIO and start working on the actual blueprint Definition.

Clone an existing blueprint

Without a doubt, the fastest and easiest way to get started customizing your blueprints is by finding an existing one that covers most of what you're looking for, clone it to make it your own, and edit whatever aspects of it you need.

Some basics about a cloned blueprint:

• By default, a cloned blueprint is private.
• Once your blueprint looks the way you want and you publish it, you can proceed to install it on one or more of your Teams.

Publish a blueprint

Draft

Every change you make to a blueprint process is automatically saved as a draft version.

Published

Once you're happy with your blueprint, you can make it available by publishing it.

Once a blueprint is published it can be installed in any of your Teams or on entire Organizations.
