When you join us, we'll contribute a one time budget of up to £400 towards building your home office.
You can use this allowance whenever from joining, you do not have to use it straight away when you join.
To aid in you working safely from home we set a working from home budget to purchase items such as a keyboard, mouse (trackpad), laptop stand and wrist support. If you need something else besides these items please let the operations manager know.
As we are a hybrid working company it is important that everyone is supported to set up an ergonomic, productive, and fulfilling home office. Make sure to read our guidance on Health and Safety so that you are creating a safe environment to work from.
