Your Privacy Matters

Berles' mission is to connect companies and applicants. It allows companies to register their vacancies and job requirements, and allows applicants to register only their business skills and preferences, putting in contact those who coincide in these aspects. Its objective is that the candidates are chosen for their abilities and not exclusively because of an academic degree. Aligned with this mission is our responsibility to be transparent about the data we collect from you, how we use it and with whom it is shared. This Privacy Policy applies when you use Berles.

Introduction

Our registered users (“Candidates”) share their personal information, their business skills and preferences. This data is not viewable to non-members (“Visitors”).

Change

Berles can modify this Privacy Policy, and if we make material changes to it, we will provide notice and give you the opportunity to review the changes before they become effective.

You acknowledge that your continued use of Berles after we publish or send a notice about our changes to this Privacy Policy means that the collection, use and sharing of your personal data is subject to the updated Privacy Policy, as of its effective date.
