1.1 We appreciate your use of the service provided by us. Please read these terms (the “Terms”) carefully as they govern your and/or your dependent use of the BePeers Platform. In these Terms, you ("caregiver") and/or your dependent will be referred to as “you” or as a “user” or as "users".
1.2 The term “we” means BePeers LTD, the owner and operator of the BePeers platform and website, at www.bepeers.com and at any other associated website locations, and the services we make available through them (together, the “Platform”). The registered office of BePeers LTD is at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, UNITED KINGDOM and its company registration number is 12709069.
1.3 By registering on the BePeers Platform or similar, you confirm your acceptance of these Terms and our Privacy Policy. Do not use the BePeers Platform or accept direct introductions unless you wish to be bound by the Terms and Privacy Policy.
1.4 We may vary the Terms from time to time and shall post such alterations on the Platform. If you do not agree to the changes made to the Terms, then you have the right to stop using the BePeers Platform, and should do so immediately. Your continued use of the BePeers Platform after the date the changes have been posted will constitute acceptance of the amended Terms.
2.1 To register, or use the Platform, you ('caregiver') must be at least 18 years of age, and comply with the following registration requirements.
2.2 You will need to complete and submit the account registration form on our Platform or by email.
2.3 You warrant that all information you provide to us will be true and fair and not misleading.
3.1 The BePeers Platform is designed to enable caregivers to connect children/young adults (ages 13-18) who experience social and/or life skills difficulties with qualified coaches for virtual interactions, guided conversations, games, and social/ life skills training. Our coaches are college students or graduates in fields such as therapy, education, and social work, with experience to offer and to gain from their sessions, and with the option to be mentored by a professional including but not limited to licenses counselors/ therapists.
3.2 Users agree that their contact with Coaches will be only through the Platform. Coaches are not permitted to provide personal contact details to users and users should not provide personal contact details to Coaches. Breach of these terms will be considered immediate grounds for termination of your account with BePeers.
3.3 Interactions between users and Coaches can be recorded by the Platform and processed under the terms of our Privacy Policy.
4.1 If you are required to pay a subscription charge to gain entry to the Platform (the “Subscription Fee”), full details and costs of this Subscription Fee will be set out on the Platform.
