1. Definitions

• “App” means the LilyPad mobile application.
• “User” or “You” means any individual who installs, accesses, or uses LilyPad.

• “Session Data” means temporary information generated only during active voice, video, or chat interactions.
• “SD-RTN™” refers to Agora’s Software-Defined Real-Time Network used to relay voice and video communications.
• “NDPR” refers to the Nigeria Data Protection Regulation 2019.
• “Processing” means any operation performed on Personal Data, such as collection, storage, or deletion.
