Summary

The BED INDEX was one of the first core products for the DAO and the actions carried out to date have involved a lot of effort. It's established an important revenue stream and must be considered a growing product, with its own budget allocated for each season.

The BED Index Working Group is requesting this budget to be used to retroactively reward marketing, advertising and education actions.

BACKGROUND

This proposal is intended:

to ensure that the DAO fulfills some past economic commitments, linked to the prizes linked to the contest and related needs.
to ensure that the DAO can always have a budget available to be used for marketing and co-marketing actions of the BED INDEX.
to ensure that the project will be taken care of

MISSION & VALUES ALIGNMENT

The BED INDEX is one of the first founding projects of the DAO and was immediately strongly desired and pushed by the whole community.

By allowing people to purchase multiple assets relatively easily, it aligns perfectly with BanklessDAO's goals.

SPECIFICATION

The proposal is divided into two parts:

The payment of the 46,667 BANK is necessary for the DAO to fulfill its obligations relating to the competition for the BED INDEX Logo
- 35,000 BANK for the 1st place prize winner
- 11,667 BANK for remunerations for second place prize winner
Distributes funding retroactively to the key contributors of the BED index launch and marketing campaign.
