👩🏾💻 CTO, VP, Director and other high level roles are not the best fit for our community at this time.
👩🏾💻 Our members are primarily in the United States. Please post either remote or US roles.
👩🏾💻 Please post at least 2 weeks before the application deadline. Our newsletter is bi-weekly and we want to make sure that we have enough time to promote your roles.
👩🏾💻 Whiteboard interviews assess anxiety not coding skills. If you do whiteboard interviewing, we are not the right fit for you.
👩🏾💻 We believe that unpaid positions are inherently not inclusive, please post only paid positions.
👩🏾💻 Our members are looking for work-life balance. If your company cannot genuinely provide that, we are not the right fit.
👩🏾💻 We check your glassdoor reviews. If the reviews in the past year mention issues around diversity, management or pay issues, we'll have to decline.
Finally, please treat our members well. Remember that they are interviewing you as much you are interviewing them.
