Back is a Berlin-based software company that uses machine learning to create enjoyable workplace. Our product helps internal teams like HR, IT support and Finance solve employee requests seamlessly.

Back’s mission is to save every employee from wasted hours stemming from repeated questions or tasks and holding them back from working on what matters. The product is strongly focused on great user experience and we are aiming to build a friendly, approachable brand.

Back / MAD - Digital Product Studio

The role

This is a freelance contract with estimated delivery of 3-5 assets per month. We’re looking for an artist that will work with us on a ongoing basis:

• Create visual assets for marketing assets such as social media, blog post, emails, print, and campaigns
• Support us with further evolution of our brand
• Collaborate with writers to ensure copy and visuals are in sync
• Collaborate with the Product Design team to align the design across departments and platforms
