Quality Standard
- Standard thickness of 1.5 - 1.6mm
- All plates are only compatible with MX style switches.
- All plates are only compatible with PCB mounted stabilizers unless stated.
- All made to order plates are going to be cut as ANSI with split backspace and Tsangan bottom row unless requested by the customer.
- Half plates should only be used with soldered PCBs. You are responsible for choosing your layout for your keyboard. Orders cannot be changed after being placed.
- Switch Tolerance
- POM, PP and FR4 plates are kerf-adjusted and switch cutouts are set as close as possible to the standard measurement with some minimal variation (14mm).
- Hotswap Users
- We cannot guarantee that all switches will fit due to varying differences on switch manufacturers. Some switches are tighter and some are looser than others.
- If you are using worn out switches, there is a higher chance that your switches will pull off when taking off keycaps.
- It is highly recommended you use 5 pin switches to have an additional support from the two switch pins. However, if your switches are worn out, you will be relying on these switch pins for stability. That being said, some PCBs have larger than usual switch pin holes (i.e. GMMK Pro)
- Using millmaxed PCBs will cause your switch pins to not fully go in, decreasing support for the switches and can cause switches to come off when taking off keycaps.
