By working on this problem now, we can be ahead of the market and acquiring the already existing DAOs and Communities and cementing our position as the Web3 and DAOs grow in the future.

• We plan to charge DAOs a starting package of $20/month which will cost us $8 to provide (pay Solana transaction fees);
• Secondary income comes from optimizing storage on Solana, which we can claw back about 40% of transaction fees paid.

SYNCVOTE

Syncvote is a Solana based voting and governance platform for DAO and Community, users can:

• Create and link multiple proposals to create a customizable workflow, these workflow can be one-off or repeatable.
• Members of the DAO/Community can collaborate and vote using both Email or Web3 wallet address of both Solana and Ethereum (or any EVM compatible chain).
• The outcome of the workflow can be automatically enforce, such as:

Team and Experiences:

Syncvote & DASH is built by a group of entrepreneurs and engineers with experience in running Venture Capital and DAOs in Web3.

Last year we built Hectagon as an Investment DAO with:

• 20,000 followers on Telegram, Discord, Twitter
• 2,000 contributors; 100 active daily
• 1,000 investors.
• $2,000,000 treasury.

In the process of running this DAO, we saw an opportunity for providing workflow and collaboration software for DAOs (details below) with a long term future of launching our own app-chain and decide to pivot our direction to become a software company instead.

• The Seed round: is the reserved for Private investors in Hectagon Finance. The conversion price is set at FDV of 12.5m USD. Details calculation here
• The Bridge round: is discounted round from Private round.

  • This round is only offered to our existing Institutional VCs in the Seed Round which are: Mistletoe, VSV Capital, HUB Global.
