🌍 Work from abroad

It can be nice sometimes to enjoy Joko’s remote work flexibility to work from another country of your contract one.

Team members can spend up to 3 months working temporarily from abroad on a yearly basis, depending on the country they are going to and on their personal situation.

🖥 A budget for your equipment

In order to provide you with the best conditions to work:

• You get access to a budget to purchase tools that will make it as comfy to work from home as to work from the office: comfortable chair, second monitor, etc.
• We help you with tips from an ergotherapist so that you can make sure your setup at home will not break your back in the long term.

🏢 Access to a co-working space

Working and living in the same place can be exhausting sometimes. That's why we want everyone to have the possibility to work from an office space if needed.

If you live in a city where we do not have our own office, we give you a budget for renting a coworking space.
