Your Data

Simple Site Block does not collect personal data from users.

Simple Site Block does not sell, rent, or transfer user data to third parties.

Simple Site Block does not use user data for advertising, profiling, creditworthiness, or lending decisions.

Data Retention & Deletion

Data remains in Chrome storage until the user edits or deletes it, or uninstalls the extension.

Users can delete stored data by:

• Removing items in the extension popup, or
• Uninstalling the extension

Security

The extension stores only user-provided settings:

• Blocked website domains
• Custom block messages

These settings are stored using Chrome extension storage (chrome.storage.sync) so they can persist across browser sessions and, when enabled by Chrome, across signed-in Chrome profiles.

Stored settings are used only to provide the extension’s core functionality:

• Apply blocking rules to user-selected domains
• Display user-defined block messages on blocked pages

We take reasonable steps to keep the extension minimal and limit permissions to those required for the extension’s single purpose.
