Ceros wants to keep you in a good shape. Therefore, we cover fitness and wellness needs with the Multisport card, which allows you to choose from many sports and relax venues in CZ and SK. Most sport and fitness institutions provide one lesson / 1-hour entrance per day to each Multisport card owner. Plus you can get an accompanying card for your friend or family member!
The price of Multisport cards is deducted from your invoices/salaries monthly.
To achieve your best performance, you need the best tools, and we know it. We will provide you with a computer that won't slow you down - it will make you go faster! Most of us here use Apple MacBooks, and you can get one too. If you have a strong preference for non-Apple products, we will figure out a solution that works for you.
Every new employee is entitled to get a laptop, monitor, keyboard and a mouse. And all of that is for you to work remotely with.
Naturally, there are desks with nice monitors in the office as well and you shall find a few peripherals to borrow as well. We will try to make your experience in the Prague office as smooth as possible, so if you’ll need anything else, don’t be shy to ask the Ops team.
As a new employee, you are also eligible for the equivalent of 500 USD to equip your home office with a comfy chair, peripherals, a lamp or similar. Choose from alza (other options available but may take longer to process) and let the Ops team know.
