Download the extension

Unzip the build
Go to Chrome (or any Chromium browsers like Brave, Edge, Opera, Arc, etc) and on the URL bar enter chrome://extensions and hit enter
On top-right corner, you'll see a Developer Mode switch, Turn it ON if it's OFF
After that, on top-left, you'll see Load Unpacked button, just click that and locate the folder and hit open, that should load the extension locally
