Using the system

In case you are not familiar with our auditing system described in our free workbook, here's a short explanation. You’ll be filling out 3 main columns withing every section: At the moment (actual status of that component), **Ideal (**what that component should be like), and Gap (the bigger the number, the bigger the gap between the real and ideal state of that area). If you click the name of the area, a new page will open, where you have extra space dedicated to tactics that need to be implemented in order to improve the current state of the brand in that category.

Technical use

You may add your own categories and areas as well as extra years or maybe switch the quarters with months if you're auditing your brand on a monthly basis. You may want to switch up the view of the database from time to time. There are a few premade views: default, filtered by year, area kanban, and gap kanban (helps you determine which area needs the most attention). You can always add extra filtering or sorting rules (e. g.: filtered by years AND quarters etc.) If you'd like, you may use individual are subpages to create subsystems to track improvements and handle reporting.

✅ - no gap, ideal state

⚫ - more black dots = bigger gap
