π We are pumped to see you checking out our awesome new features!
We've simplified the Team Scoreboard to make it easier to see which locations or team members are high-performers and should be recognized, or those who might need some coaching and a bit of a nudge. Some of the changes we've made are:
Reduced the volatility by grouping team members with a low number of responses.
Simplified the navigation and added breadcrumbs to click through your org hierarchy.
Aligned the various NPS scores displayed on the Scoreboard.
Are you a manager with a Personal Scorecard? We're all about teamwork at AskNicely, so we've introduced 'My Team' to the Personal Scorecard which lets you open your team's individual Personal Scorecards and see what they see.
Got something you'd like to talk to them about or coach them through? Bring your phone along to your next one-on-one. Have seen a bit of feedback they received for being awesome? Send a shoutout with a couple of clicks from their Personal Scorecard.
CX-awesomeness starts with having the right daily habits the frontlineβοΈ. Get your teams spending a second or two each day to build a habit around feedback and obsessing over customer experience π€©.
β¨Daily Check-in brings together personal NPS, Notices and pulse questions you can ask your employees. Talk to your Customer Success Manager if you're interested in being in the beta for this new feature.
Slack updated the way bots talk to the Slack app, so we had to do a little change. If you're not seeing your AskNicely feedback in Slack any more, head to the Slack app in the AskNicely app store and follow the instructions to re-authorize it.
We also gave the AskNicely mobile app a new coat of paint π¨ so if you haven't upgraded yet head over to the App Store or Google Play and make sure to download the latest version.
