Please be respectful and kind to everyone.
RSVPs. Please be conscientious when taking a spot and do your best to show up. To limit no-call/no-shows, Ashley will be keeping track of last-minute cancellations.
After Ashley assigns the meeting location, she will send a message to all RSVPs for the meeting, notifying them of the update. If the location does not work for you, please update your RSVP to “No.”
Starting 7 days from the meeting, Ashley will be tracking who RSVP’d “Yes.” This is important because at this point Ashley will typically provide a final headcount to the restaurant for the reservation. If you are unable to join due to the location or for a personal reason, please either message the group or send Ashley a message letting her know you cannot join and update your RSVP to “No.”
If you can cancel your RSVP 7 days out from the meeting more then 3x in a year, you will be dismissed from the club. Ashley will notify you of this decision before making any changes to your membership.
If you update your RSVP to “No” and do not notify Ashley or have your RSVP set to “Yes” and are a no-show, you will be dismissed from the club. Ashley will notify you of this decision before making any changes to your membership.
Life is complicated and it is understandable that things come up, but please just practice open communication and respect everyone’s time and efforts.
It is not a requirement to read or finish the book in order to participate! If you do not finish the book and RSVP’d “Yes,” you are more than welcome to join. Please keep in mind that there will be spoilers since everyone will be discussing the book.
The location for meetings will change from month to month. The chosen meeting place will always allow for separate checks.
Ashley will do her best to select locations that offer various cuisines and price points to respect everyone’s diet and budget. If you have any suggestions, please send Ashley a message!
Locations will always be in south Palm Beach county or north Broward county.
Meetings have a relaxed flow, but will be generally structed as follows:
