Please be respectful and kind to everyone.
RSVPs. Please be conscientious when taking a spot and do your best to show up. To limit no-call/no-shows, Ashley will be keeping track of last-minute cancellations.
After Ashley assigns the meeting location two weeks from the meeting, she will send a message to all RSVPs for the meeting, notifying them of the update. If the location does not work for you, please update your RSVP to “No.”
Starting 7 days from the meeting, Ashley will be tracking who RSVP’d “Yes.” This is important because at this point Ashley will typically provide a final headcount to the restaurant for the reservation. If you are unable to join due to the location or for a personal reason, please either message the group or send Ashley a message letting her know you cannot join and update your RSVP to “No.”
The purpose of notifying Ashley is to minimize the action of people RSVPing and not attending multiple times. Life is complicated and it is understandable that things come up, but please practice open communication and respect everyone’s time and efforts.
Please also do not feel required to provide a reason why you cannot attend. Ashley is not entitled to knowing what is going on in your life. You always have the option to just say, “I can’t join.”
If either of the below situations 7 days out from the meeting occur 3x within the year, Ashley will directly message you and discuss any changes that may need to be made to your membership.
- Updating your RSVP to “No” and not notifying Ashley.
- Leaving your RSVP set to “Yes” and not showing up.
Currently, the club meets twice a month (first and third Sunday) and follows the structure below.
