In Hibob:

1. Open the Settings area.
2. Click on Integrations.
3. Find the Hire API integration and click "Add new integration".
4. Create an integration with your company, click the three dots on the right, and select “Manage”.
5. Copy your URL and Secret.

In Ashby:

1. Open Admin area.
2. Click "Integrations" in the navigation menu on the left.
3. Scroll down and click on the bob tile.
4. Enter your URL and Secret copied from bob and click the checkmark.

Adding new hires to Hibob

1. After you’ve set the Candidate Offer Response to Accepted, a new activity will populate titled Add Candidate to bob:

1. Go back to your bob account, select the candidate in your notifications, and choose a new hire template.

2. You will now see all of the new hire data in bob to complete the onboarding process:
