The use of digital technology for communication has drastically changed our daily lives. However, communication companies often disregard the elderly who are not able to use digital screen interfaces.

Designing a phone specifically for the elderly is an important consideration because communication has crucial effects on the mental and physical health of aging individuals.

To design such a phone, I initiated my design process by understanding the problems faced by the aging population.
