1. Guild leads propose a fixed reward for each (Core) Contributor in their (pre-season) Guilds Proposal
2. (Core) Contributors will reflect back on their KPIs to their Guild leads, each month
3. Guild leads share the progress of the KPIs in the monthly reports
4. The Aragon Community has a feedback 12 day feedback period on the forum
5. If there is a change regarding the (Core) Contributors (e.g. due to leaving), it should be noted in the monthly reports
6. Finance Squad will pay the reported fixed rewards optimistically on the 15th of upcoming month

1. Guild leads make a bounty within their budget and according these standards
2. A Creator is assigned and submit their work into DeWork
3. Reviewer(s) check the work and provides feedback
   1. If work is approved —> bounty goes to “done”
   2. If work is not approved —> creator adjust their input based on the received feedback
