Improve contributor retention, preventing offboarding related to burnout or other wellbeing issues
STATUS: IN PROGRESS: published articles on communication and wellbeing-related topics, opened a weekly wellbeing office hour, followed by 1to1 meetings with AN DAO Core Contributors. Supported RnDAO with launching the first Community Health survey and organized a first workshop to analyse the results. Pending for season 3 a second workshop and the implementation of a community wellbeing plan.
