Aperture Finance aims to bridge the gaps between blockchain and mass financial adoption. Our product is currently in beta mode with strong support from leading venture capital firms in the blockchain/DeFi (de-centralized finance) space. We are based in Silicon Valley and are hiring for our Hong Kong office location.

What we're looking for

Aperture Finance is seeking talented individuals who are curious and passionate about blockchain technology. Our founders are constantly pushing the boundary of what is possible in the ever-evolving blockchain space and, at the same time, stay rooted with the fundamentals.

Deep down, we care about what we build and its impact on others and society in general. We hope to find people who share similar values.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the smart contract engineers and product managers to create user-friendly, smooth, and beautiful websites and web apps using React.js
• Ensure the safety of our users by deploying rigorous security standards throughout the frontend development stack.
• Potentially contribute to open source projects. For instance, Aperture may open-source certain parts of our frontend apps to communities.

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of front-end stacks with React, Typescript, css and NextJS, and general computer science fundamentals
• Have a strong portfolio of your past work
• Good at communications and willing to learn and be challenged (the technical ones, not the political ones)
• Must be curious about DeFi in general. We don't want you to work on things that are boring to you.
