What is Anytime?

Anytime (anytime.coach) is a on-demand mentoring platform.

We connect aspiring university students with student mentors anytime they like.

These are one-off 30 minute video-call sessions.

How we keep everyone safe.

We understand that due to the nature of our product the bulk of our users will be under the age of 18.

We have the following measures in place:

1. All calls are recorded and kept for over 30 days.
2. No contact details are shared between mentee and mentor. Everything is coordinated between us.
3. Only first names are shared.
4. All of our mentors are on-boarded and receive training.
5. We have a dedicated Safeguarding Lead and ensure that members of our Operations Team have regular safeguarding training.

All incidents and issues are dealt with the highest priority. We will investigate any concern brought to us.

Any mentor/or individual associated with Anytime who is found to act in a way that we deem unprofessional or not towards the interests of our users will be removed.

We believe strongly in operating in a first-class way and treating everyone with respect and will endeavour to keep our users safe and ensure we give the best possible service available to them.

We will continually review our safeguarding practices and always be working to improve our ability to safeguard our users while giving them the best service possible.
